HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR CANDLES

​

The first burn should be at least 3 hours to allow a melt pool to reach all edges of the candle.

Trim your wick in between each burn ensuring it is no longer than 5mm

Do not burn for longer than 4-5 hours

Do not leave near as draughty area as this will cause the flame to consume wax at a faster rate

Be sure to remove large crystals before burning and never leave unattended.

RETURNS POLICY

If you have any issues with the items you purchase, we are more than happy to resolve any issues as quickly as possible - please contact as via our email address candlevibesuk@gmail.com

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. No emails will be replied to over the weekend or bank holiday periods. 

You have 14 days for return request from date of purchase

If you simply dislike your product or the fragrance we will also not issue a refund or replacement.

If a refund or a product resend is required you will be asked to provide proof of the damage or issue, either via email with photographs or by returning the item to us. 

Allow up to 2 weeks upon return of goods for funds to be credited to your account via the original payment method.

Please note that a full refund or exchange will not be provided for goods that show sings of unreasonable use. Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for damaged or missing goods.

We hope you understand that as a small independantly run business we have to verify claims to protect ourselves, but equally that we will do our upmost to resolve any and all genuine cases.
